Life Before Real Estate

Despite their extensive knowledge of the Real Estate Industry, many Real
Estate professionals did not start out in the Real Estate industry.
According to the NAR 2013 member profile, members came
from many different backgrounds.  Nineteen percent of those
surveyed came from management, business or the financial sector and
another 15 percent reported a sales or retail background and a reported
16 percent reported a background in education or providing office or
administrative support.
Only 6 percent of NAR members chose Real Estate as their first career.
Because real estate is such a rapidly evolving industry, and there
are a number of ways to specialize, whether it is in residential sales,
commercial sales and leasing, working with investors, residential leasing,
land sales, land development, etc,  Realtors have the opportunity to take
advantage of the vast educational opportunities to meet the needs of their
clients.
Keller Williams offers extensive training and educational
opportunities through classes, webinars, coaching, books, videos and
mentoring.  We have the support system that surpasses all others.
That is one of the reasons we are the #1 Real Estate Brokerage
in the country.
