Leads

To succeed as a real estate professional, you must generate enough client leads to meet or exceed your annual income goals.  Without leads, you will not have any business.  There are a number of ways to generate leads and you just have to use the method that works best with your personality and skill level.  Whether it is using Social Media, buying leads from a lead generating company, working by referral with your own sphere group of people, calling expired listings and For Sale By Owners, Farming, holding open houses, or a combination of these,  you will find what works for you.

 

Listings

Listings are the high-leverage, maximum-earning opportunity in the real estate industry because they require less time than working with buyers.  Listings give you more control over your time, your marketplace and your future. They are truly a gift.

 

Leverage

The ultimate key to tilting the money vs time ratio in your favor is to use leverage. While you may be very good at negotiating, following up on leads, working with people, you may struggle with the details and paperwork that zaps your energy.  Hiring and keeping talent to take care of those aspects can free up your time and allow you to do what you do best.
