As a Realtor/Broker, it is important to have a general knowledge of current interest rates, market conditions, average sales prices, neighborhood conditions, school district statistics and have a familiarity with the area you are working in. Education does not stop just because you are busy. In addition, we are required to take 30 clock hours of instruction every two years in order to keep our Real Estate License active.
