I define my role as a Realtor as a professional in the Customer Service industry. I am not a salesman, and I don’t want to be considered a salesman or woman as the case may be.
I am in the business to provide the best customer service to my clients that I possibly can. Why? Because my clients are my friends, my family, my acquaintances and people that they refer me to and I do not want to disappoint them. And I want them to continue to refer me to people who need a professional Realtor. That is how I run my business and that is how my data base continues to grow and grow.
Here at Keller Williams, we will help you grow your business in the manner that fits your personality. For me, it is through personal relationships because I enjoy working with and socializing with my clients. It’s not about the money, rather the relationship. And every Realtor has their own avenues of generating business. Whether it is buying leads, knocking on doors, calling expired listings or For Sale By Owners or social media, the method has to work for YOU.
