The Kerwin Pacific Team is hiring positive, competitive and motivated individuals to:

Represent Commercial transactions in sales and leasing.

Represent Buyer’s looking to purchase a home, invest in land or multi family properties.

Represent Sellers’s in home sales or other properties.
These positions are a Commission based and compensation is very generous and purely based upon performance. We offer training and education, coaching, mentoring, technology support, websites, marketing materials and leads.
Experience is desired but not required.
A Washington State Real Estate License in Required and can be acquired in 3 weeks to 6 months depending on one’s motivation
